Overall a very good experience - the owner came out and surveyed promptly and gave great advice. The fitting of the fire was done professionally and any mess was cleaned up before leaving. The gas fire has worked great, very warm and cosy. Highly Recommended.

DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!! Warning never to use this company and if you have I would urge you to have your fire/chimney checked. This company uses incompetent contractors to fit there fires and take no responsibility. This has caused a fire at my home in which the fire brigade needed to attend to put out as the chimney liner was attached with tape!!!!! We had problems from the day they installed our log burner as they cut corners in every aspect. When addressing this with the company owner he dismisses everything and take no responsibility. You would not believe the state we were left with when they fitted the log burner and these are the parts we could see. Little did we know that a vital part inside the chimney was not fitted to any form of regulation and now we are having to deal with the expensive consequences to rectify the problem and make it safe. I also know another person who has had similar issues and experiences with company so we are not alone. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not use.
